As part of the AI Flanders initiative, IPI has partnered with Flanders Make to develop a real-time monitoring system for 3D metal printing.
This system, which is based on AI and active learning, works in a distributed way: it monitors the printing on an embedded machine while updating its AI models on a separate desktop.
